1. This ticket is valid only for the selected date and time slot. Please arrive at the Visitor Centre on time or up to 10 minutes early.
2. This ticket does not include a guided tour. Tours can be purchased separately at the Visitor Centre (subject to availability).
3. If you miss your time slot or arrive more than 10 minutes late, entry will be forfeited with no refund.
4. Guests 11 and under must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
5. Children 3 years and under enter free. Junior tickets apply to ages 4–17.
6. Government-issued ID may be required for age verification.
7. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
8. Keep your ticket accessible at all times; it will be checked at multiple points.
9. One-time entry only. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit.
10. Tickets cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded. Damaged or altered tickets are void.
11. Only authorized third parties may resell tickets. Unauthorized purchases are invalid.
12. Some zones, exhibitions, or shows may be closed during your visit.
13. Palace in Motion show does not run during Ramadan or Islamic holidays and may occasionally be canceled for other reasons. Entry is subject to capacity—arrive early.
14. If the attraction cancels your ticket entirely, a full refund will be issued (via the original seller).
15. Admission is at your own risk. The venue is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
16. The attraction reserves the right to deny or remove visitors.
