Overview

Green Planet is designed with extraordinary detail, recreating the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of an authentic tropical rainforest making you feel as though you’re exploring a real jungle ecosystem.
The centerpiece is a towering 25-meter artificial Kapok tree, the largest of its kind in the world, built from vines and figs and serving as a life source for hundreds of rare plant, bird, and animal species.
A shimmering waterfall cascades down the tree, creating cool mist that enhances the rainforest environment and adds to the immersive experience.
Explore Green Planet easily using the spiral staircase wrapped around the tree or by taking the elevator to different ecosystem levels.
Adventure seekers shouldn’t miss the rope suspension bridge, which leads to a treehouse and offers the closest, most spectacular views of the massive artificial tree.

Valid Ticket: Entry is allowed only with a valid ticket, which must be presented upon request.
Child Supervision: Children must always be supervised by an adult (16+). Additional supervision may be required at the discretion of Green Planet staff.
Age Categories:
Child rate: Ages 2–10 years
Adult rate: 11+ years
Proof of age may be requested.
Safety: Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions from Green Planet team members.
Food & Beverages: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
Temporary Closures: Green Planet may temporarily close for maintenance or private events without prior notice or compensation.
Personal Belongings: Do not leave valuables unattended. Green Planet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Smoke-Free Facility: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
Responsibility for Damage: Guests may be held liable for any damages caused to the facility, plants, animals, or other guests' property.
Attire: Respectful and appropriate clothing is required. Admission may be denied for inappropriate attire.
Right to Refuse Entry: Management reserves the right to refuse admission if a guest poses a risk to safety, animals, or the experience of others.
Liability: Management assumes no liability; guests agree to indemnify Green Planet against any claims or damages.
Compliance: The facility operates under UAE rules and regulations.
Respect for Wildlife: Do not touch, feed, or disturb the animals or plants for their safety and wellbeing.
Climate Conditions: The environment is maintained at 24–27°C with approximately 75% humidity to simulate rainforest conditions.
Photography Equipment: Selfie sticks and tripods may be allowed at the staff’s discretion (without flash).

Children under 2 years enter free of charge.
Ages 2–10 years are charged the child rate.
Ages 11+ are charged the adult rate.

Paid Parking

All bookings are non-refundable.
Online payments may be refunded to your bank account or wallet; wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
Bank refunds may take 10–15 working days to process.
Wallet refunds are processed immediately and can be used only through the Travelatours website.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns related to quality or satisfaction of the experience.
