Passenger Restrictions:

Only passengers aged two years and above are permitted to fly and must purchase a separate seat.

Children below two years of age are not permitted to travel on the helicopter.

Children between the ages of two and twelve are not allowed to fly alone and must be accompanied by a responsible guardian.

Pregnant passengers are permitted to fly up to 32 weeks; however, we strongly advise consulting a medical professional and obtaining clearance to confirm fitness for the helicopter experience.

Guests with Disabilities:

Bookings are accepted provided the passenger is accompanied by an assistant who can support boarding and disembarkation during the flight.

Weight Restriction:

Shared Flight: The maximum permitted body weight per passenger on shared flights is 110 kg. Passengers exceeding this limit are required to contact us and purchase an additional seat to maintain proper helicopter balance.

Prohibited Items:

Dangerous goods, explosives, weapons, flammable liquids, as well as food and beverages, are strictly prohibited on helicopter flights.

Insurance:

All passengers are insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation regulations.

Timings:

Operations are conducted daily throughout the year, subject to weather conditions, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, departing from the Atlantis The Palm Helipad.
