After the completion of your booking, we will provide the confirmation of your ticket and the yacht location one day prior to your scheduled booking date.

Children below 1 years of age can enjoy the experience free of charge.
Children aged 1 year and above will be charged at the regular child rate.
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety and supervision

Non-Refundable
Online payments can be refunded to the bank account or wallet, while wallet or point payments can only be refunded to the wallet balance.
Direct refunds to a bank account may take 10-15 working days to process.
Refunds refunded into the wallet balance will be transferred immediately and can only be used in the DoJoin App or website.
Refunds will not be issued for issues related to the quality or satisfaction of the activity.
